Sweden joins OpenAIRE with openaccess.se

OpenAIRE - Open Access Infrastructure for Research in Europe - a project funded under the 7th Framework Programme of the European Commission, has now taken

up its work to implement Open Access on a pan-European scale. This ambitious effort unites 38 partners from 27 European countries. Sweden participates with its OA portal openaccess.se under the auspices of the Royal Library and Nordbib programme group memeber Jan Hagerlid. Other Nordic participation includes the University of Tromsø, University of Helsinki and the Technical University of Denmark. OpenAIRE enjoys a total budget of €5 mio over three years.
