Online petition for EU

Support scientific publications recommendations...

The Knowledge Exchange organisation has set up an online petition to be sent to the European Commission in support of the recent recommendations in the following report: Study on the economic and technical evolution of the scientific publications markets in Europe

Currently, the recommendations are being lobbied against by publisher groups, so Knowledge Exchange feel that the other side needs to be represented.
